Job Description
This position requires a blend of computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and statements for customers by company procedures and billing schedules.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies or errors to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Maintain billing records, customer accounts, and payment information in electronic databases or accounting software systems.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry, to support day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- H.S Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and analyze numerical data.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
