- Drive sales growth and lead generation within an assigned regional territory through strategic networking, cold calling, and telemarketing efforts. Actively cross-sell into additional markets as directed by clients, with corresponding commission incentives for success.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while negotiating competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
- Collaborate with organizations to create and implement effective talent strategies and tailored solutions.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals by meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.
- 2+ years of experience in the accounting, finance or business world.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
- Demonstrates professionalism and composure in all situations, maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating various tools and systems to maximize efficiency and performance.
