Job Description
- Provide performance consulting,
- Conduct field research, focus groups, training interventions, and designing other diagnostic tools.
- Recommend and implement appropriate solutions enhancing organizational, team and individual performance
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Organizational Development Division Manager to provide performance consulting, recommend and implement appropriate solutions enhancing organizational, team and individual performance supporting the Involve & Evolve Employee Engagement framework.
- This includes conducting field research, focus groups, training interventions, and designing other diagnostic tools. Advanced data analysis skills using MS Power BI and Qualtrics; analytical capabilities balanced with relationship skills; organizational and project management; extensive use MS office 365 applications (Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint. PowerPoint, Forms, Word, Lists and Power apps); advanced team dynamics, facilitation skills. Experience with Canva or Articulate 360 will be a plus; public sector experience with cultural transformation is also preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a field directly related to the type of work being performed. Graduate degrees related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis .
- Three years of professional administrative, financial or analytical experience related to the type of work being performed are required. Professional experience related to the type of work to be performed may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
- Advanced data analysis skills using MS Power BI and Qualtrics; analytical capabilities balanced with relationship skills; organizational and project management;
- Extensive use MS office 365 applications (Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint. PowerPoint, Forms, Word, Lists and Power apps); advanced team dynamics, facilitation skills.
- Experience with Canva or Articulate 360 will be a plus; public sector experience with cultural transformation is also preferred.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $72,800 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
