Job Description:
A Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project manager and team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage documentation, coordinate resources, and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
A Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the project manager and team to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage documentation, coordinate resources, and facilitate effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant documents
- Coordinate project activities and resources, such as scheduling meetings and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Assist the project manager in developing and managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs
- Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining project goals and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Strong interpersonal, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented with time management expertise
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to motivate team members and delegate effectively
