Job Description
In this position your primary responsibility is to greet visitors and ensure they are helped in a timely manner. You will also pick up and deliver mail to the different buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver mail between buildings
- Serves visitors by greeting and directing
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills written and verbal
