We seek a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Director to manage marketing projects and provide comprehensive administrative support to brokers, the Office Manager, and the Managing Partner. This role includes overseeing marketing initiatives, designing materials, and maintaining brand consistency while meeting deadlines and project goals.
- Manage email campaigns, marketing materials, and commercial real estate listing platforms.
- Design and update marketing boards, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials using graphic design tools.
- Coordinate and execute marketing events, including vendor communication and logistics.
- Develop LinkedIn content, manage website updates, and maintain an organized online filing system.
- Collaborate with brokers to create and maintain marketing timelines for development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Mailchimp.
- Experience with commercial real estate listing platforms (LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management expertise.
