Job Description
As a FoxPro Developer, you will work closely with the corporate Director of IT and local IT staff to ensure that the client remains on the cutting edge related to the development of new and existing technologies. This includes testing, deploying, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining programs and applications. The Developer will also compile and assess user feedback to improve systematic processes, creating technical documentation to support future projects
Responsibilities:
- Establish corporate development guidelines, standards, and business rules
- Collaborate with various business units to develop, deploy, and train employees to use applications
- Execute on individual and group assignments coding, designing, deploying, and maintaining applications
- Write agile code designed to serve more than one purpose, limiting need for maintenance
- Learn and become a SME on client’s IT systems architecture and investments
- Maintain, update, and enhance website and web applications based on business requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Advanced degree (or in progress) preferred
- Experience with FoxPro language and SBT accounting software
- 5 years of experience in a related industry developing, deploying, and maintaining applications
- Project Management experience a plus
- Must possess excellent critical thinking skills with mathematical aptitude
- Will be proficient in iOS/Android development, web development, application development

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $93,000 -$105,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
