Job Description
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and customers. This role ensures a safe and professional environment by adhering to visitor and safety protocols. In addition to front desk responsibilities, the Receptionist will support shipping and receiving activities and perform administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and answer calls professionally, providing a positive first impression aligned with company values.
- Maintain high standards of customer service with prompt and courteous responses.
- Oversee shipping and receiving, including signing for deliveries (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and handling special items such as checks.
- Route calls to appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform office administrative duties, including data entry and document scanning.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in office, receptionist, or customer service roles.
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
