Job Description
As a Paint Masking Specialist, you will receive the newly manufactured part make sure it is free and clear of debris, and tape part to receive paint. You will need to inspect the painted part to make sure it meets company expectations before providing it to the team for installation.
Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for producing quality products in a timely and efficient manner with limited technical supervision.
- Set up and process parts in accordance with set-up sheets, blueprints, and customer specifications utilizing the appropriate tools and procedures
- Ability to set up processes and jobs for manufacture in accordance with set-up sheets, blueprints, and customer specifications
- Fully responsible for checking product per the sampling plan requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, read, write, and understand the English language
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/AS 9100 preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
