Job Description:
As a CNC computer-controlled machines operator you will set up and operate CNC machines, work from blueprints, make sure manufactured parts are inspected and meet tolerances, work with your tools, having the ability to operate and program 5-axis CNC machines.
Responsibilities:
- Expert ability to set up and operate assigned machine tools.
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to inspect their work to hold specified tolerances
- Must have their own basic set of machinist tools
- Ability to operate 5-axis mills a plus
- Maintain all equipment and tools within the workstation as required by the preventative maintenance schedules
- Work with manufacturing team members to produce quality parts and products as required to meet our customer’s needs
- Be oriented and quality-focused
- Work well with others as a fellow team member
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience required
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthful work environment for self and other team members
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
- Support the ISO 9000/AS 9100 quality requirements

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
