Job Description
As an invoice data entry clerk, you will match invoices in the system, while communicating with customers about any discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Match and clear invoices in the system
- Check addresses
- Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers about any missing invoices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Detail oriented
