Job Description
Responsible for multiple facets of managing customers billing, estimating, and reporting functions. Help with special projects, while working with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create billing drafts using various billing systems
- Prepare estimates and drafts
- Review expense vouchers and invoices for accuracy
- Maintain billing guidelines for different customers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- 2 years of accounting or billing experience required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
