Administrative Program Assistant
Pay rate : $16.00 to $18.00
Position / Shift : Located in Yanceyville 1st Shift – Monday to Friday – 8 am-5 pm
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining program-related documentation.
- Prepare and distribute program-related correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage program-related emails and communication, responding promptly to inquiries.
What You Need:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
