Job Description
Join a prominent healthcare organization as a Digital Asset Assistant. You will catalog and archive all historical, existing, and future digital assets, format and store assets, document identifying information for images, ensure all released images comply with institutional documentation, copyright regulations, and have appropriate approvals, and route third party requests for appropriate approvals. Responsibilities:
- Catalogue and archive all historical, existing and future digital assets.
- Formats and stores assets. Documents identifying information for images.
- Digitizes and stores copies of all media authorization releases and HIPPA forms.
- Ensures that released images are in compliance with institutional documentation, copyright regulations and have appropriate approvals.
- Routes third party request for appropriate approvals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- No previous experience is required; may substitute the required degree with additional years of related experience on a one-to-one-year basis.
- Intermediate proficiency with Mac OSX platform, Adobe Photoshop, and other image editing software is highly preferred.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $22.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
