Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Support Specialist, you must be proficient with software systems, excellent communication skills, and a knack for data analysis, you’ll ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. You will be aiding with the Sales Manager and the retail customers as needed. You will be performing all retail customer-related requirements to include line review preparation; item set up, website maintenance and other related requirements. Lastly you will be troubleshooting customer issues with orders and accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction through proficiency in software systems, excellent communication skills, and data analysis.
• Assist the Sales Manager and retail customers as needed to support business objectives.
• Perform retail customer-related tasks, including line review preparation, item setup, website maintenance, and other related requirements. • Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders and accounts, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
• Contribute to overall retail success by maintaining high standards of support and service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of Customer Service Sales experience or Technical Support
• Must be willing to work remotely when necessary.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
