Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals for an Industrial Cleaning position in West Point, GA. During the facility's shutdown period, team members will work across various departments to clean and beautify the facility. This short-term opportunity has the potential to become a long-term role for exceptional employees.

Responsibilities
- Decontaminate work areas and machinery.
- Ensure all workstations are free of paint, residue, and debris.
- Use high-pressure hoses to clean walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift.
- Availability for all days during the shutdown period (Nov. 24–26).
- Previous industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Dexterity and attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position is $31,200–$33,280 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final salary will depend on your qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Note: Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for salary growth.
