Join us as a part-time model home greeter for new home builders, where you'll work 1-3 days per week in beautiful model homes close to your neighborhood.
Responsibilities:
- Greet potential home buyers and assist with registration cards.
- Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
- Provide model and community information.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent customer service
- Professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to climb stairs as needed

The base salary range for this position is $12/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
