Job Description
We are seeking a detail-orientated Bindery Operator to join our client’s production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bindery equipment and be responsible for completing hig-quality binding and finishing processes for printed materials.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate and maintain bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, stitchers, and other machinery.
- Review work orders and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Perform binding and finishing tasks such as folding, cutting, collating, stitching and packaging.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in a bindery or print production environment is needed.
- Familiarity with bindery equipment and processes, such as cutting, folding and stitching.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and technical specifications.
- Good communications and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00-$20.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
