Job Description
Are you an experienced professional in the building trades ready to take on a leadership role while making a positive impact in your community? As a Weatherization/Construction Specialist Team Lead, you will oversee and participate in weatherization projects to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with funding source regulations. In this role, you will provide guidance to the weatherization team, manage resources, and maintain quality standards on all projects.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of weatherization crew members to complete projects effectively
• Perform and oversee weatherization measures outlined by funding sources
• Maintain tools, materials, and equipment for each job, including inventory tracking and site preparation
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and funding source requirements
• Conduct final checks to ensure quality work and proper site cleanup
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and seminars while keeping the team updated on changes and requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience in building trades and leadership roles preferred
• Must obtain certifications for Lead Safe RRP, OSHA-30, and BPI Crew Leader within 6 months of hire
• Valid Nebraska Driver’s License with a good driving record required
• Knowledge of Weatherization procedures, regulations, and tools required
• Familiarity with Building and Safety Codes and Regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of experience in building trades and leadership roles preferred

The base salary range for this position is $50,627 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
