Job Description
As a Warehouse Operations Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent service. This role combines hands-on warehouse leadership with HR and customer service responsibilities, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and dispatching processes to maintain operational efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Prescreen candidates, schedule interviews, and support the recruitment process
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Utilize computer systems for tracking, reporting, and operational management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and leadership
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer functions and typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving experience is a plus
