Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Die Cut Operator for a temp-to-hire position with Alliance Printing, a growing company renowned for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Houston area. As a Die Cutting Operator, you will be responsible for all activities related to running rotary die cutters, including setup, operation, and clean-up. Responsibilities:
- Inspect all dies before and after a run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
- Monitor and adhere to customer’s label and print quality in accordance with all required specs.
- Maximize equipment utilization by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
- Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to Production Data, Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, and Quality Data.
- Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- iHigHigh School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume, and rate
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50Ibs
- Must have a clear background, drug-free status, and clean driving record.

The base hourly range for this position is $16 to $18 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
