Job Description
Responsible for fostering a safety conscious culture in the workplace to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, present and track all safety training, in coordination with safety consultants, including OSHA compliance programs
- Assist with developing the Company Job Safety Analysis program
- Evaluate health and safety policies, procedures and programs
- Manage information and records related to the Safety Management Program
- Research regulatory requirements, industry standards and health and safety best practices
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in occupational safety and health or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
- Safety certifications, such as OSHA #511
- Previous experience in a manufacturing and/or food industry environment

The base salary range for this position is $60,000–$75,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
