The Inside Sales Support Admin is a customer service/administrative role that requires basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role involves answering customer phone calls, placing online orders, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time, and coordinating with warehouse personnel for deliveries. The successful candidate will handle any order issues, resolve problems, and keep customers updated. This is an in-office position with minimal to no overtime, requiring someone who is reliable and present for the full workday.
- Answer customer phone calls and address inquiries
- Place online orders and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery
- Investigate and resolve any issues with orders and keep customers informed
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse personnel
- Provide administrative support to the Parts and Facilities General Manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (general knowledge required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and resolve issues effectively
- Must be reliable, present, and punctual (in-office position only)
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
