Job Description
We are seeking a Production Lead Supervisor in a meat processing plant that is responsible for the end-to-end production process for specific production lines.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Supervision of 30-50 hourly employees
- Ensures line set ups are ready for production (X-Ray systems, date coders, case coders, etc.)
- Direct and coach production operators in the execution of daily/weekly production schedules for multiple lines.
- Coordinate production ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste.
- Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Food and Manufacturing
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, leading, developing, training and disciplining employees as needed.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.

The base salary range for this position is from $70K per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
