Job Description:
The General Laborer is tasked with sorting materials like pallets, boxes, plastic bins, and other items throughout the distribution center. The role also involves meeting production targets while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently hand stack materials accurately and follow given instructions.
- Efficiently load and unload materials by hand, ensuring proper handling.
- Move materials on pallets or in crates throughout the storage facility.
- Verify the security of loads and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment while upholding efficiency, performance, core values, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work in extreme conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and air particulates.
- Repeatedly lift 50-75 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, walking, turning, pivoting, and standing for extended shifts.
- Frequently required to sit, talk, hear, walk, and use hands for handling, feeling, and reaching.
- Work environment noise levels may vary depending on the location.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as eye protection, ear protection (mandatory at certain locations), and safety shoes are required.
- Must possess good vision, including close, distance, and color vision.
- Strong balance, along with good eye-hand-foot coordination, is essential.
- Availability to work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules and shifts.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
