Job Description
As a Brake roll Operator, you will work on a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure quality of parts. You will not be responsible for machine setup or teardown. You will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Brake/Roll Operator #2 classification.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts
- Basic inspection to ensure quality of parts
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience operating Press Brake
- Must be able to setup and operate automatic back gauges and forming rolls with minimal training
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper machine guarding

The base salary range for this position is $19.84, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
