Job Description
You will perform production work on a variety of punch presses loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure the quality of the parts. You will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Punch Press Operator #2 classification.
Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press equipment
- Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding
- Basic inspection to ensure quality of parts
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Able to operate punch press equipment
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

The base salary range for this position is $24.04, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
