Job Description:
The Temporary Bilingual Intake Clerk provides critical administrative support for the Counseling Services Program, assisting clients and ensuring efficient operations. This role involves interacting with clients, managing intake calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle intake functions, including answering calls, scheduling client appointments, and making referrals to community resources.
- Manage data entry for intake forms, outcome measures, and other program-specific documents.
- Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process mail, faxes, and other administrative tasks to support office operations.
- Assist walk-in clients and provide professional customer service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume intake line
