Job Description
Polite and professional Call Center Representative needed to provide outstanding service by reaching out to field contacts to complete project bids. The Call Center Representative will handle a high-volume of outbound calls and log results into the company database.
Responsibilities:
- Successful call center representatives will be customer focused, detail oriented, efficient, and polite
- Knowledge of Smart sheets is a preferred but not required, utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
- Flexibility and adaptability to assist where needed
- Adaptability to change and new things in the workplace
- Take part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with strong typing skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good phone etiquette

Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
