Job Description
A supply leader in Hardin County is hiring for a full-time Assembly role. Some of the responsibilities for this position include packaging products for shipping, assembling boxes and products, and loading/unloading trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble boxes using box cutters and packaging tape
- Inspecting adhesive products
- Placing products in boxes to prepare for shipping
- Assembling products
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year prior experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing entire shift, lifting 50 pounds, leaning over)
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Able to work a 40-hour work week
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $14/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
