Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead and implement people and business strategies across our organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves partnering closely with business leaders to provide both hands-on and strategic support, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict resolution, organizational development, training, and more. The successful candidate will excel at engaging with employees at all levels and will be highly motivated to drive value and impact for the business. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Employee Relations, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the current HRBP to support over 850 employees, to enhance HR operations and strategic impact
- Serve as the primary expert on employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII, providing guidance to leaders and employees to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with leadership to align people and organizational development strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of HR practices across the organization.
- Counsel employees and leaders on policy interpretation, performance improvement plans (PIPs), investigations, and terminations, fostering a fair and productive work environment.
- Conduct group training sessions and workshops, leveraging strong communication skills to enhance employee knowledge and performance, and support leadership in managing change effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of core HR functions including investigations, termination, EEOC and PIPs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- SHRM-SCP or HCI certification is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws – FMLA, ADA, Title 7, etc.
- Skilled and experienced in change management, diplomacy, and tact.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary rate for this position is $72,000 – $80,000/year, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
