Responsibilities:
- Calling new hires to ensure completion of background checks, drug testing, and paperwork.
- Providing excellent customer service during phone interactions.
- Performing data entry and using MS Office for documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of strong phone communication and customer service experience required.
- Strong attention to detail.
