Job Description
We are seeking a sharp and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Shop Helper. This position involves assisting in a variety of shop tasks, where excellent math and ruler-reading skills are essential. A clear driving record and consistent attendance are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Assist with general shop tasks and support production as needed
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Perform accurate measurements using rulers and other instruments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good math skills and ruler-reading ability
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record (no suspensions, OWIs, or speeding tickets within the past 3 years)
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to work overtime as needed

The base salary range for this position is $18+, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
