Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager, the Asset Management Analyst (AMA) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Enterprise Technology Asset Management (ETAM) computer replacement project. This includes ensuring that all laptop and desktop assets are accurately tracked and distributed to meet the county’s requirements and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the inventory, procurement, and deployment of new computer systems.
- Develop and maintain accurate asset tracking systems to ensure the effective management of IT resources.
- Analyze and report on asset lifecycle data to support budgeting and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience in IT asset and/or software management (highly desired).
- This experience should include hands-on management of IT assets, familiarity with asset management software.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in data processing and analysis.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
