Job Description
The Slitter role involves the ability to operate one production line in accordance with standard operating guidelines and procedures. You will be required to consistently meet production goals. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting the quality of the material, including the dimensions of the work order. The job requires physical strength, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Perform assigned duties on the slitting line in an efficient manner
• Must be able to read and interpret work instructions
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, etc. to accurately measure required tolerances.
• Quality control of defects of finished product
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as needed

• Mechanically Inclined
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted

The base salary for this position is $24.00/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
