Job Description:
The Contract Administrator, works collaboratively with internal and external customers on receipt, review, and activation of standard lease and loan transactions for our Retail line(s) of business with the goal of meeting customer expectations in accuracy and time processing.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial transaction documentation to ensure legal enforceability.
- Analyze documents to ensure customer intentions are reflected in document packages.
- Ensure proper activation of transactions into the appropriate systems for booking, funding, tracking, and invoicing purposes.
- Ensure information is entered in conformance with business & program requirements, company policies, and pricing and profitability parameters.
- Solve first-line inquiries regarding the receipt, booking, and potential correction of finance transactions.
- interfacing cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Operations to resolve transactional issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1 year(s) experience in the financial services industry or in an administrative role is preferred
- Basic knowledge of leasing and financing is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels
- Customer-centric mindset, Detail oriented, Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

The base pay range for this position is $24.00-$26.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
