Job Description;
You will lead the charge on all accounting related to ASC 842, the accounting standard for Lease Accounting. You will contribute on many other related accounting responsibilities as well.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting for all rent expenses in accordance with ASC 842
- Account for all new lease activity
- Perform simple and complex reconciliations.
- Provide guidance to the organization on all related accounting issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have some exposure to lease accounting, lease management, or lease administration
- Prefer exposure to ASC 842
- Must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting

The annual base salary for this position is $60000 – $70000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
