Versova is one of the largest egg producers in the United States, uniting family-owned farms across Iowa, Ohio, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado. Challenge
As a new client based in rural Iowa, Versova initially engaged TRN to fill an Accountant position. However, as they expanded their HR and Finance functions, they turned to TRN for additional hiring support in these critical areas. Beyond traditional corporate roles, Versova also required skilled talent for operational and specialized positions, such as industrial maintenance and production leadership, across multiple locations. Their challenge was twofold:

Currently, TRN is also working to fill a Business Unit leader, a Sales position based in Colorado or Washington and other production related leadership roles across the enterprise in multiple states.
