Job Description
You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required. Will coordinate and oversee new equipment installations. You will also maintain, and facility repairs and updates.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correct them.
- Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled, keep maintenance log & maintain shift reports
- Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion
- Minor repairs, plumbing, clogged drain, repair doors, etc. Rubbish & recycle removal
- Read and follow manuals, blueprints and other written instructions
- Maintain a clean and clutter free warehouse
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing and lifting at least 50 pounds
- Experience operating a tow motor
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment or devices to remove/replace defective parts
- At least one year of maintenance experience
- Proficient with power tools, hand tools, electric tools and plumbing tools
- Must have driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $25 an hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
