Job Description
Your day as a contracted talent acquisition specialist will consist of working in a laid back office setting, giving off a fun loving personality, assisting with career fairs, recruiting for entry level positions, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling drug screen appointments as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls
- Attending career fairs
- Data entry
- Scheduling appointments
- Recruiting for entry level positions such as machine operators
- Onboarding related tasks
