Job Description:
A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the company’s database or systems, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date. They review and verify data for accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies. Additionally, the clerk is tasked with maintaining and organizing digital files and records for easy retrieval. They assist in generating reports based on entered data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role also involves cleaning data by identifying and correcting discrepancies, incomplete entries, or outdated information to maintain data integrity. Communication with other departments may be necessary to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and organize digital files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital records as needed for efficient access.
- Assist in generating reports based on entered data and other relevant information, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies, incomplete entries, or outdated data to maintain data integrity.
- Communicate with other departments to gather required data, resolve discrepancies, and provide support as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test
- Must have experience working in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision

The base salary range for this position is $31,200 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
