Job Description:
This organization is adding a highly motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Project Manager to lead the successful optimization of our financial and accounting systems. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth integration and enhancement of our Oracle ERP, EPM, and related financial tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining project objectives, managing timelines and budgets, and driving change management initiatives to maximize the benefits of our Oracle-based financial systems.
Responsibilities:
Establish clear project objectives, detailed plans, and robust risk mitigation for financial system projects, including Oracle ERP/EPM.
Facilitate communication and alignment among finance, accounting, IT, and other stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Lead project execution, manage resources, and ensure seamless system integration while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Develop and implement change management strategies, provide user training, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and manage resource allocation effectively.
Utilize data analysis tools like Power BI and SQL to generate reports and provide insights on project performance and KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in the implementation or management of financial systems.
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, PMBOK/Waterfall.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and/or EPM is highly preferred. Experience with other Cloud ERP systems will be considered.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI and SQL.
Experience with process mapping and documentation tools, such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Familiarity with issue tracking and project collaboration tools, such as Jira.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
