Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team for a 3-month contract in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in blueprint reading, GD&T, and using precision measuring tools. This role requires proficiency in CMM operation (MCOSMOS software is a plus) and 3D scanning using FARO Arm with Polyworks software. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, pin gages, and other measuring hand tools
- Perform CMM inspections and analyze data using MCOSMOS software
- Conduct 3D scanning and inspections using FARO Arm and Polyworks software
- Ensure quality control processes are followed in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in quality inspection and precision measurement
- Proficiency in GD&T and blueprint reading
- Hands-on experience with CMM and 3D scanning equipment
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- PPE required: safety glasses and safety shoes (not provided)

The base pay range for this position is $25.00/hr excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
