Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across a six-state region. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and emails
- Provide tailored solutions and prompt, accurate sales quotes
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining competitive pricing margins
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring smooth order fulfillment and on-time deliveries
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage a multi-state sales territory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
