Job Description
As an Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative functions, and support various internal teams and events. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll also serve as a key liaison for visitors and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal events and meetings, including hotel and shuttle arrangements, catering, and guest logistics
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls and emails to relevant staff
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and perform cost comparisons for purchasing
- Track scheduling and maintenance of company electric vehicles
- Maintain condo occupancy records and process related invoices
- Support daily administrative tasks across departments
- Ensure the front office is organized, welcoming, and efficient
- Create, file, and maintain records both physically and digitally
- Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration or office management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Leadership capabilities to manage day-to-day office needs

The base pay range for this position is $29/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
