Job Description:
Join a skilled finishing team where your precision and craftsmanship make a difference! As a Painter/Finisher, you’ll be responsible for spraying primer and finish paint on a variety of parts and materials according to order specifications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Spray a variety of finishes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Use a paint brush to touch up imperfections
- Mix paints and add thinner to achieve proper consistency
- Follow instructions from blueprints and work orders
- Complete other assignments as requested by management
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical or trade school background helpful but not required
- Must have prior experience in spray painting and using lacquer
- Experience with store fixtures, casework, cabinetry, or millwork is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass pre-employment tests
