Job Description
Join a world-class manufacturing team as a CNC Machinist, producing low-volume, high-mix precision components for custom industrial mixing equipment. This is a hands-on, skilled machinist role—not a button-pushing position. You’ll operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and 5-axis machines using G-code and conversational controls. Ideal candidates are experienced, independent machinists with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to inspect their own work.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, and/or 5-axis machines
- Perform program edits and make real-time adjustments at the machine
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts to exact tolerances
- Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and written instructions
- Collaborate with programmers and shift team to improve quality and throughput
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience on mills or lathes
- Strong skills in conversational and G-code programming (Fanuc/Siemens)
- Must be able to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
- Physically able to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
