Accelerating Project Management with Specialized Engineers 

Challenge 

A small sensor manufacturer landed a large novel contract to provide sensors for very light commercial aircraft and came to us to staff three contract software engineers very quickly. These engineers needed to be senior level and be able to work with very little to no direction. Experience needed included hardware-level software engineering for a new product which required programming in C, C++ for an embedded system (Intel 8051) along with interfacing experience (RS232, RS422, RS485, ARINC429) and DO-178B as well as a decent hardware understanding.
