Transwood, a leader in the transportation industry based in Omaha, NE, faced a dual challenge of upskilling and transitioning Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes in-house instead of outsourcing them. Additionally, they needed to prepare their corporate office for upcoming growth and potential acquisitions, requiring a boost in both skill level and staffing within their Accounting and Technology departments.
SOLUTION
Transwood partnered with The Reserves Network (TRN) to provide customized staffing solutions tailored to their specific needs. A Systems Administrator was placed and quickly promoted to IT Director, showcasing the high quality of talent TRN offers.
