Parts Order Fulfillment/Inventory Control Clerk
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced growing engineering and manufacturing company that was established in 1996. This company specializes in designing field installation auxiliary hydraulic kits for excavators and backhoes. Since 1996 this company has grown to be the largest privately owned manufacturer of hydraulic kits in North America and is still growing. They are looking for driven, dependable, and motivated applicants.
This position supports the Parts Order Sales Team by fulfilling all parts orders and handing them off to the Shipping Department to be sent out to the customers. The secondary responsibility of this position is to support the Inventory Control Department by running daily cycle counts on all of the warehouse inventory
What You Will Do:
- Pull proper parts to fill orders; assemble each order when necessary; ensure all necessary paperwork, drawings, and instructions are printed and placed with the orders.
- Turn over all BOM’s (bill of materials) to the production teams in a timely manner; update the E-Production Board
- Have all orders Quality Checked before packaging; properly package and label each component of the parts order
- Properly pack for shipping the entire order in the most efficient and safe manner; label all packaging and turn over to Shipping for final processing to the carrier; Update the E-Production Board with shipping information
- Conduct Cycle Counts according to the schedule provided by Inventory Control daily; Ensure data for each cycle count is accurate and entered in the proper location
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Be Dependable/punctual with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and work well with others
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Manufacturing/Fabrication shop experience a plus
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy
